These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BuilderGPT mobile application (“BuilderGPT”, “App”, “Application”, “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App may be listed with a content rating such as “4+” in the app store. This is an app store content classification only and does not override applicable law.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you must not use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
BuilderGPT offers premium features through recurring subscriptions billed via the app store where you downloaded the App. Subscriptions are managed exclusively by the relevant app store.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Renewal is charged to the same app store account used for the initial purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your app store account settings. We do not have access to your app store billing account and cannot manage or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Payments and refunds for subscriptions are handled by the app store according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly and are not responsible for refund decisions made by the app store.
In addition to subscriptions, the App may offer one-time purchases of Token packs that allow you to access AI Features and other tools.
Purchases are generally tied to your app store account and/or internal identifiers. We may provide restore tools, but we cannot guarantee that all Tokens or purchase history will be fully restored in all cases (for example, due to technical issues, data loss, or account/device changes).
The App may show sample prompts, sample results, preview images, or demonstration content in onboarding, tutorial screens, paywalls, or other parts of the App. These are examples for illustration only.
We do not guarantee that your results will match any example. Generated outputs depend on many factors, including prompt wording, model behavior, system parameters, updates, safety filters, and service load. Outputs may be different each time, may contain errors, and may be lower-quality or less detailed than examples shown.
You understand and agree that AI Features are provided on an “as is” basis and that you use them at your own risk.
You may submit prompts and other User Content to the App. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
The App generates outputs based on your User Content (“Generated Content”). You are solely responsible for how you use Generated Content, including any use outside the App.
BuilderGPT is an independent application and is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any of their affiliates. All Minecraft-related names, brands, and assets are the property of their respective owners.
You agree not to use the App:
All Content in the App (excluding your User Content and Generated Content) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use only as permitted by these Terms.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate, high-quality, or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall be limited to the amount you paid for the App through the relevant app store in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (excluding amounts retained by the app store), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the App and related services available, but we cannot guarantee that your data (including token balances, prompts, history, or Generated Content) will never be lost, corrupted, or deleted due to technical issues, server failures, maintenance, or other events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of Tokens or content due to technical issues.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.
Unused Tokens and remaining subscription time are not refundable unless required by applicable law or app store policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or via the app store listing. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws as determined by your jurisdiction, to the extent required. Where permitted, disputes shall be handled in competent courts as applicable.
