This Privacy Policy describes how EasyBuild (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to operate and improve the App. Depending on how you use EasyBuild, we may collect and process the following types of data:

1.1 Device and Technical Information

• Device model and operating system version;
• Language and region settings on your device;
• App version and basic technical configuration.

1.2 Usage Data

• Screens you view and buttons you tap within the App;
• Session length and frequency of use;
• Events related to features (for example, when you start an AI generation, open guides, or complete certain actions);
• Crash reports and error logs.

1.3 Subscription and Purchase Information

• Subscription status (for example, active / inactive / plan type);
• Token balances and Token purchase history;
• Identifiers related to your app store purchases (for example, anonymous transaction IDs or product identifiers) as provided by the app store or our subscription provider.

1.4 Uploaded Images and AI Inputs

When you use AI Features such as Build AI or Art AI, you may upload images (for example, screenshots of your builds or reference photos), and/or provide text prompts.

• Images and other files that you upload for AI processing;
• Prompts or text instructions you enter for AI generation.

1.5 Network Information

• Approximate IP address (used for security, basic analytics, and to operate the service).

1.6 What We Do Not Collect by Default

• We do not collect your real name, email address, or contacts through the App interface, unless you voluntarily contact us by email.
• We do not collect your precise GPS location.
• We do not perform facial recognition or extract biometric identifiers (such as “faceprints” or fingerprints) from your images.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the App;
• Operate AI Features and generate content based on your inputs;
• Manage subscriptions, Token balances, and in-app purchases;
• Display your Token balance, subscription status, and history inside the App;
• Monitor and improve the App’s performance, stability, and user experience;
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, or misuse;
• Generate anonymous statistics and analytics to understand how the App is used.

3. AI Features, Photos, and Generated Content

3.1 Processing of Uploaded Images

When you upload images or other content for AI processing:

• We temporarily store your uploaded images and associated data on secure servers in order to process them and generate AI outputs;
• Uploaded images used with AI Features are kept for up to one (1) year from the time of upload, unless you delete them earlier (for example, by clearing projects or your account, if such features are provided).

3.2 Generated Content Storage

• Images and other outputs generated by the App (“Generated Content”) may be stored without a fixed time limit so that you can access your history and reuse results inside the App.
• While we aim to store Generated Content reliably, it may be deleted or lost due to technical issues, server problems, maintenance, or data corruption.
• We do not guarantee permanent availability of any Generated Content, and we are not liable for its loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3.3 No Biometric Identification or Face Recognition

We do not use uploaded images or Generated Content to perform facial recognition, identify individual persons, or build biometric profiles.

3.4 No Use for Training Separate Models Without Your Consent

We do not use your photos, uploads, or Generated Content to train or create separate general-purpose AI models beyond what is necessary to provide the EasyBuild AI Features, unless we clearly inform you and obtain your explicit consent.

3.5 Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the images, prompts, and content you upload, as well as for any Generated Content you create and use. You must ensure that:

• you have the rights to use the images you upload;
• your uploads and Generated Content do not violate any laws or third-party rights;
• you comply with all relevant policies (for example, Minecraft-related policies by Mojang/Microsoft).

4. Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)

Depending on your location (for example, if you are in the European Economic Area or the UK), we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: to provide you with access to the App and its features, including AI Features, tokens, and subscriptions;
• Legitimate interests: to improve the App, prevent abuse, and maintain security;
• Consent: where required, for specific uses (for example, certain analytics or optional features);
• Compliance with legal obligations: when we must process data to comply with applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to help us operate the App. These may include:

• RevenueCat or similar services, to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases;
• App store providers (Apple App Store, Google Play) for billing and distribution;
• Analytics and crash reporting services, for example services integrated via the Expo / React Native ecosystem, to monitor performance and errors;
• Hosting providers and infrastructure services, to host our servers and databases.

These third parties may process data on our behalf and are obligated to protect it according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

We currently do not show third-party advertising inside the App. If we decide to add advertising in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

• Device and usage data: kept for as long as needed for analytics and troubleshooting, then either deleted or anonymized.
• Subscription and purchase records: kept as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
• Uploaded AI inputs (images, etc.): stored for up to one (1) year from upload, unless you delete them earlier.
• Generated Content: stored without a fixed end date, but may be deleted at any time due to technical issues, maintenance, or if you request deletion (where supported).

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

We may store and process your information on servers located in different countries. Data protection laws in these countries may be different from those in your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from accidental loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. These measures may include:

• secure servers and restricted access to databases;
• encryption in transit where appropriate;
• access controls and minimization of collected data.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Access: the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• Rectification: the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Deletion: the right to request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations to retain certain information;
• Restriction: the right to ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances;
• Objection: the right to object to certain types of processing (for example, direct marketing, if used);
• Data portability: the right to request a copy of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format, where applicable.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The mobile App itself typically does not use “cookies” in the same way as websites, but we may use similar technologies (such as local storage or identifiers) to:

• remember your settings and preferences;
• keep you signed in or identify your device for analytics and restore purposes;
• operate Tokens, subscriptions, and feature access.

If we use EasyBuild on the web or maintain a website, that site may use cookies to operate and improve the service. Where required by law, we will provide a cookie banner or settings to manage your preferences.

12. Do Not Track and Similar Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how to respond to such signals, and our App does not respond to DNT signals. We will update this Policy if this changes in the future.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App, via the app store listing, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
