1.3 Subscription Data

• Subscription status (active/expired);
• Transaction identifiers provided by Apple.

We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed by Apple.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the Service;
• To process and deliver generated layers;
• To enforce subscription limits and prevent abuse;
• To ensure security, fraud prevention, and system integrity;
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Storage and Retention

Uploaded photos and generated layers are stored for a maximum of 10 days.

• After 10 days, all media is permanently deleted;
• Deleted content cannot be restored.

We do not sell, rent, or share your media content with third parties.

We use third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting) solely to store and process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations. These providers act as data processors and have no rights to use your content.

5. International Data Processing

Our servers are operated by third-party hosting providers. Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards in place.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
