Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Layers AI mobile application (“App”, “Service”), operated by Artem, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Layers AI allows users to upload photos and automatically split them into separate visual layers that can be previewed and downloaded.

2. Eligibility and Age

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you must not use the App.

3. Subscriptions

Layers AI offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription that provides access to premium features, including a limited number of layer generations per subscription period.

3.1 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
We do not manage payments or refunds directly.

3.2 Included Generations

Generations included with a subscription are available only during the active subscription period.
Unused generations do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing period.
If you cancel your subscription, access remains until the end of the current paid period, after which unused generations expire.
Generations have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. User Content

You may upload photos and images (“User Content”) to use the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content;
Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights;
Your content does not contain illegal or prohibited material.

5. Storage and Retention

Uploaded photos and generated layers are stored on our servers for a maximum of 10 days from the moment of upload or generation.

After this period, all media is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We do not guarantee availability of content after deletion.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes;
Upload content you do not have rights to;
Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service;
Interfere with servers, networks, or security mechanisms.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that generated layers will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or lost content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
