• Uploaded media files – video/audio temporarily stored for processing
• Generated outputs – transcripts, clips, thumbnails (temporary storage)
• Subscription status – provided by Apple App Store for access control

We do not collect names, email addresses (unless you contact us), or payment card details.

3. How We Process Content

When you upload media or submit a publicly accessible link:

• The media is temporarily stored on secure servers located within the European Union.
• Audio may be extracted for transcription purposes.
• Audio and/or text may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for processing.
• AI-generated results (such as transcripts and clip suggestions) are returned to our system.

We use third-party AI providers including OpenAI and Replicate strictly for content processing purposes.

We do not share your Device UUID, subscription data, or IP address with AI providers.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded media, transcripts, and generated outputs are automatically deleted within 3 days.

Minimal technical logs and device identifiers may be retained as long as necessary for security and service operation.

5. Legal Basis (EEA / UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, processing is based on:

• Performance of a contract (providing the Service)
• Legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, system integrity)

6. International Transfers
