These Terms govern your use of the mobile application ClipAgent - AI Video Clipping (the "Service"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Artem Alekseev, registered in Georgia ("Operator", "we", "us").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service provides AI-powered tools for processing video and audio content in order to generate short clips, transcripts, and related outputs.
Users may upload media from their device or submit publicly accessible links for processing.
The Service acts solely as a technical processing tool and does not host, publish, or distribute content publicly.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or process through the Service.
By uploading content or submitting a link, you represent and warrant that:
You agree not to use the Service to process content in violation of copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or other applicable laws.
The Operator does not verify ownership of submitted content.
Uploaded and generated content is stored for up to 3 days and then automatically deleted.
The Service does not provide permanent storage.
The Service relies on third-party AI providers for content processing.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect. The Operator makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of generated results.
The Operator is not responsible for temporary unavailability, interruptions, or errors caused by third-party providers.
You may not use the Service to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or from content you upload or process.
The Service operates on a subscription-based model.
Currently, the Service offers weekly and yearly subscription plans. The Operator may introduce additional subscription plans or modify existing plans at any time.
Active subscriptions provide users with a recurring allocation of usage credits ("Credits"). Credits are virtual units used to access processing features within the Service.
Credits are not currency, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between users.
Credits are granted at the beginning of each billing cycle and remain valid only during the active subscription period.
Unused Credits expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent periods.
If a subscription is canceled, expires, or is terminated, any remaining Credits may be forfeited.
All subscriptions are managed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Operator in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
