Privacy Policy
EasyBuild for Android · Updated September 16, 2026
This policy applies to the advertising-supported Android edition of EasyBuild (package com.eazybuild.app), operated by Artem, an individual entrepreneur in Georgia. Contact: gohelpapps0@gmail.com. The separately distributed iOS edition has its own privacy policy and subscription arrangements.
1. Information used by EasyBuild
- Device-linked account: the app derives a pseudonymous identifier by hashing an Android device identifier scoped to the device user and app signing key. It stores the resulting identifier locally and sends it to our server to recognize your account, associate likes and favorites, and attempt to restore access on the same device. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not intentionally send this account identifier to AdMob or use it for advertising personalization.
- Account and activity: our server uses an internal user ID, an account code, and your build likes/favorites. Requests for catalogues and guides also reach our service.
- Age range and local preferences: the app stores your selected age range, completion of the introduction, and acceptance of the current Terms on your device. It does not request a birth date. The age-treatment signal, rather than a birth date, is used to configure Google's consent and advertising services.
- Network and technical data: when the app connects to our service, our hosting infrastructure receives your IP address and request-related technical information. Local image caches support displaying guides.
- Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any account code or other information you choose to include. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
This Android edition does not offer subscriptions, token purchases, or AI photo uploads. It does not request contacts or precise GPS location. We do not require your real name or email to browse the app.
2. Advertising and Google services
We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display banner and rewarded ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable privacy choices. Depending on your region, choices, age treatment and SDK configuration, Google may collect or receive IP addresses (including for approximate location), device/account identifiers such as the advertising ID or app set ID, app/ad interactions, and diagnostic information. These may be used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization. Restricted ad modes limit some processing; they do not mean that no data is processed.
Google and eligible advertising partners process information under their policies and applicable choices. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Applicable consent messages identify advertising partners and purposes. We do not sell your device-linked EasyBuild account or favorites to advertisers. Certain ad-related sharing may have specific legal meanings under regional privacy laws; applicable opt-out choices are provided through Google's privacy messages/settings.
3. Choices and consent
The app checks Google's consent status before requesting ads and presents the applicable Google privacy form when required. Available ad privacy choices can be reopened through Profile → Ad privacy settings when Google requires that entry point. You can change or withdraw applicable choices there. We do not treat a Terms acceptance, age selection, or tap to watch a rewarded ad as consent to personalized advertising.
Refusing personalization does not necessarily remove all ads: non-personalized or limited ads may be eligible. Ad availability is not guaranteed. A separate decision to watch a rewarded ad is requested by the labelled guide action. You can leave that flow and return to the catalogue. If no eligible ad is available, an ad-supported guide opening may be unavailable.
You can also manage your Android advertising ID in your device settings. These settings do not delete your EasyBuild server account. Uninstalling the app or clearing local storage does not by itself delete server records.
4. Teenagers and children
EasyBuild Android is intended for people aged 13 and older, including teenagers. It is not intended for children under 13. The app asks for an age range before account initialization or ad requests. Users selecting under 13 cannot proceed to the service.
As a conservative product setting, we apply Google's under-age-of-consent treatment to all users who select an age range below 18 and request non-personalized ads for them. We limit ad content to Google's General-audience category. Google's consent form may not appear for users receiving under-age treatment. If you are under the age at which you may independently agree to the Terms, use the app only with your parent or guardian's permission. Contact us if a child's information has been provided in error.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We use account and favorite data to provide the requested service; limited technical data to operate, secure and troubleshoot it; and support information to respond to requests. Where applicable, the bases are performance of the service agreement, legitimate interests in security and service operation balanced against your rights, legal obligations, and consent for processing that requires it. Advertising-related consent is obtained separately where required. You can ask us for further information about the basis for a particular use.
6. Recipients, security and international processing
Information is processed by our hosting/service providers, Google and applicable advertising partners, and our support function. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights. Servers or providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer protections depend on the provider and law; contact us for relevant details. App API requests and Google ad traffic use encrypted transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
Device-linked account records and favorites are kept to operate and restore your account until deletion is requested or they are no longer needed. Locally stored preferences and caches remain until changed, cleared, or removed by the device. Technical/security and support records are kept only for their operational, security, dispute-handling or legal purpose. We do not claim a fixed automatic server-deletion schedule. Google's retention is governed by its own policies and applicable choices.
You may request deletion of your Android account and associated favorites and device-linked records through Profile → Delete account & data, or follow the public deletion instructions. Requests are handled by support, not by an immediate in-app server-deletion button. We may verify the request using minimal relevant information. Any information retained for a legal obligation, security or unresolved dispute will be limited to that purpose; we will explain applicable exceptions. Continuing to use the service after completed deletion may create a new device-linked account.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sharing. Contact gohelpapps0@gmail.com and include your EasyBuild account code if available. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We respond within applicable legal time limits. We do not require you to reinstall the app to submit a request.
9. Changes
We will update this policy when the Android service or its data practices change. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another appropriate notice. Where new consent is required, we will request it separately rather than treating continued use as advertising consent.
