Terms of Use

These Terms cover EasyBuild for Android (com.eazybuild.app), operated by Artem, an individual entrepreneur in Georgia. Contact: gohelpapps0@gmail.com. They do not replace the separate iOS edition's terms or alter any iOS subscription.

1. Eligibility and agreement

The Android service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 must not use it. If you are under 18, obtain a parent or guardian's permission; if local law requires them to agree on your behalf, they must do so. Provide an accurate age range. Continuing past the Terms notice confirms your agreement to these Terms. Privacy and advertising choices remain separate, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The Android service

EasyBuild provides building inspiration, catalogues, favorites, and 2D/3D guides. Features and catalogue availability may change. The Android edition is advertising-supported and currently has no subscriptions, paid token packs, or AI image-generation service. Buying an iOS subscription does not automatically provide an ad-free Android edition.

3. Rewarded ads and banners

The catalogue includes advertising. Guide actions labelled Watch ad to open guide offer one opening of that guide in exchange for completing the rewarded ad's requirements. The labelled action starts loading and then presents the ad without another confirmation page. Completion is determined by the ad SDK reward event. After earning the reward and closing the ad, the guide opens. Steps within that opening do not require additional ads. Leaving and opening a guide again requires a new rewarded ad; the reward is not a permanent unlock.

You can decline by not selecting the labelled action, return to the catalogue, or use the ad's available dismiss controls. Leaving before the reward is earned does not grant the opening. Network errors, consent restrictions or unavailable advertising can prevent an ad-supported guide from opening. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We do not ask you to click an advertisement, make a purchase, or disclose payment details to earn a guide opening. Report an earned reward that was not delivered to support.

Third-party ads and linked services are provided by their respective operators. A displayed ad is not our endorsement. Any separate transaction with an advertiser is subject to that provider's terms and your applicable consumer rights.

4. Device-linked account

The app creates a device-linked account without a registration form. Your account code helps identify support requests. Restoration after reinstalling may work on the same device and signing identity, but is not guaranteed across device changes, resets, profiles, or app-signing changes. Keep your account code private. Account codes and device identifiers are not a substitute for strong authentication.

5. Permitted use and content

You may use the app and guides for personal building and learning. Rights in the app, its branding, software and original guide materials remain with their owners. Do not resell or redistribute the guide library, misrepresent ownership, infringe others' rights, disrupt services, use automated ad-viewing/clicking schemes, or attempt unauthorized access. These restrictions do not remove any rights to interoperability, accessibility, fair use, or other uses protected by applicable law.

6. Minecraft notice

EasyBuild is an independent application, not an official Minecraft product, and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Guide results may depend on your Minecraft edition and version.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a working service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, ad availability, or that every guide meets your expectations. We may fix, update or discontinue features. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning negligence, fraud or consumer protection. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law protecting you.

8. Ending use and deletion

You may stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling stops ordinary app use but does not automatically delete server data. To request deletion use Profile → Delete account & data or the public deletion page. Support handles these requests. We may restrict access for substantiated abuse, legal requirements or security issues; you can contact support to ask about a restriction.

9. Changes and applicable law

We will give appropriate notice of material changes to these Terms. New obligations do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Georgian law applies where permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts in their country of residence. Contact support first if you wish to raise a concern; this does not limit your right to use regulators or other available remedies.
